Fantastic surgery, reception staff have been beyond helpful every time I have needed anything. All of the Gps I have encountered have been knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Also Dean the physiotherapist went above and beyond to get me the help I needed for my broken shoulder. Thank you so very much for all of your help. You are all doing a fabulous job and it is much appreciated
Called the practice at 15.40pm first chance I had, constantly engaged, finally through to option to get test results , in a queue for 14 minutes nobody answering, at 15.59pm a recorded message tells me that test results are only available between 15.00pm and 16.00pm I knew that hence I call 20 minutes before the cut off absolutely not on!!
Dont understand why there have been bad reviews here. If you read their website and do what the reception staff recommend you will not have any problem. If your phoning, phone at 8:30am. Simple. If you are able to go in person even better. Reception staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The medical staff are absolutely excellent and you will be hard pushed to find any better in North Ayrshire, I speak from experience. If theyre busy, its because they are so good.
Staff are mostly fine. Phoning them is a joke, you feel like you've won the lottery when you actually get through but that's only if you make it past that bloody suicidal music they play when your on hold, so weird, they've had it for years as well wahahaha
Wonderful service when you go in person, but don't try and phone them. Usually takes 30 mins to an hour to get through to the automated message and then you go into a queue. Three different recorded voices tell you you are in a queue, one sounds like you are being answered at last but its not, the music is awful. You can spend up to 30 mins waiting on hold. To be honest go to the surgery and wait in the queue to speak to someone in person its faster.Once you do get booked in though you'll find its a good practice with friendly staff and, maybe because its a new build a nice airy atmosphere.Oh and no mobile phone reception on EE or Sky networks in the waiting room so take something to read.
