Brian is a very patient amazing Dentist. All staff in the surgery are friendly and caring. I've a phobia of Dentists but they were all amazing with me. I'd not go anywhere else now.
Where to begin. I was registered with Brian in this surgery for my whole childhood, one of the best dentist in the land !! I have such a big phobia of dentist and Brian would do everything to make me feel comfortable no matter what. I moved away and had to change surgery (worst mistake) Many years later and my mouth is a complete mess, I booked an appointment on the hope Brian would See me again. I was called through and sat up on his chair with my heart pounding out my chest, shaking and my hands were soaking wet. He made me feel so at ease I found myself voluntarily opening my mouth for examination (this is never known, I clamp shut ) he had a look and I noticed he did not tilt the chair. After a thorough look Brian told me what work needs done and booked me in for the week later to do all the work. I have never said this in my whole 33 years of life "I cannot wait" on leaving the practice we had a little chat and he said "yes I remember you ". He does not know how this made me feel. I stopped shaking and felt ready to have any treatment there and then. Thank you to Emma for booking me in and also Theresa for all made me feel welcome and safe. I can't thank you all enough and look forward to updating my review once the treatment is all done.

I've been going to Mr Collins for over 17 years, after stumbling accross his surgery whilst working at the Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald. He's fantastic very gentle and kind and very informative. He's always practising the most up to date methods and uses the best products ie Teeth whitening products.I would highly recommend their services to anyone especially for kids or anyone who is scared of the dentist as he's very calming and relaxed.
