Food was lovely as always, staff were very polite although a tad disorganised today. Had to ask again for drinks after a long wait once we had ordered and I had to ask twice for a pot of hot water. Not the usual service we have come to expect here. I'm expecting it was just an off day.
My husband and I had dinner here. For starters I had haggis pakora it was beautiful and hubby had tempura chicken he thoroughly enjoyed it. Mains we both had the braised beef with mash and veg oh my it just melted in your mouth compliments to the chef. And dessert I had sticky toffee pudding and David had chocolate fudge cake. Very satisfied with the meal and service we got Jackie always happy every time we have been on. Thank you
Had a lovely christmas dinner today. 2nd yr in a row . Great portions cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldnt fault it. Lovely way to spend christmas dinner in the lounge. Well done all. Booking for next year . Thankyou
Great place lovely decor and ambience
Good service and room's. The ambience is authentic and the restaurant looks nice. Have not tried the dinner, but judging by the breakfast it is good. All in all a nice place to stay if in town.
